斯代文森国际学校全体教职员工：

　　学校在此次武汉疫情突发公共事件中，秉持顾全大局，育人为先的原则，为保证新学期教学计划顺利完成，不耽误学生正常学业及升学准备，采取教职员工分批隔离，后勤保障与教学实施有序部署。面对挑战和困难，调整各项工作及时间。现特此通知如下：

　　All the staff of Stuyvesant International School:

　　In this public emergency of Wuhan epidemic, the school adheres to the principle of taking the overall situation into consideration and educating people first. In order to ensure the smooth completion ofthe teaching plan of the new semester and not delay the normal study and the preparation of applying for universities, the school isolates faculty and teaching staff in batches, and orderly deploys logistics support and teaching implementation. The school adjust work and time to face the challenge and difficulties . We hereby inform you asfollows:

　　1. 斯代文森国际学校(上海)员工按照原计划返沪，即2月3日;返沪后在家或者学校宿舍按照14天隔离期进行自我隔离，如有特殊情况需报备办公室;在家隔离的员工秉着负责任的态度，需给办公室及时报告情况，并且保证不去公共场所，以免产生新的接触。

　　The staff of Stuyvesant International School (Shanghai) returned to Shanghai according to the original plan, i.e. on February 3. After returning to Shanghai, they will be isolated at home or in the school dormitory according to the 14 day isolation period, and in case of special circumstances, they need to report to the office. The staff isolated at home,with a responsible attitude, need to report the situation to the office in time, and ensure that they do not go to public places, so as to avoid new contact.

　　2. 为确保校园安全，无重点疫区(湖北省)暴露史的员工请在校外各自居所自我隔离，有重点疫区(湖北省)暴露史的员工请在上海市政府指定地点隔离，隔离期间食宿自理。所有员工均需在返校前签署健康承诺书，否则禁止进入校园。

　　In order to ensure the safety of the campus, employees who have no exposure history of key epidemic areas (Hubei Province) shall be isolated in their own residence outside the school, and employees who have exposure history of key epidemic areas (Hubei Province) shall be isolated in the place designated by Shanghai municipal government,during which they shall take care of their own food and accommodation. All employees are required to sign a health commitment before returning to school, otherwise they are not allowed to enterthe campus.

　　3. 返沪后员工不需要上班，在家或者宿舍休息和调整状态，注意睡眠、注意情绪调控!加强锻炼、加强饮食健康!不要存侥幸心理，仍然逛街会友，在非常时期给自己、家人、朋友、同事带来无法挽回的后果!

　　After returning to Shanghai, employees do not need to go to work, please rest at home or dormitory and adjust your state, pay attention to sleep and emotional regulation! Strengthen exercise and diet! Don't take chances to still go shopping and meet friends. It will bring irreparable consequences to yourself, family, friends and colleagues during the extraordinary period!

　　4. 在各自居所自我隔离时间段内需要保证联系畅通。严格实行学生公寓封闭管理，进出校园人员必须实名检测;体温检测，外卖严禁进入学校。

　　During the period of self isolation in your residences, it is necessary to ensure smooth contact with the school. The school strictly implement the closed management of dormitory, and the personnel in and out of the campus must have real name test and temperature test. Takeaway food are strictly prohibited from entering the school.

　　5. 做好食堂卫生保障;做好校内教室及活动场所每天消毒工作，厕所清洁卫生工作。

　　Do a good job in canteen sanitation; do a good job in school classroom and activity place daily disinfection work, toilet cleaning work.

　　6. 停课不停学：

　　(1)学校近期将启动全校师生疫情防控知识教育，开展并做好学生假期外出情况统计，班主任需及时保持和学生及家长信息沟通。

　　6. Study continues in spite of the suspension:

　　(1)In the near future, the school will launch the knowledge education of epidemic prevention and control for teachers and students of the whole school, carry out and do a good job in statistics of students'going out during holidays.Homeroom teachers shall keep timely communication with students and their parents.

　　(2)员工于2月17日正式上班。上班后学生教学工作需正常开展，教学方式视具体情况由教务安排。因故不能上班的员工报备给办公室，学校会做好统筹和安排。

　　(2)The employee will officially go to work on February 17. After going to work, students' teaching should be carried out normally, and the teaching methods should be arranged by the educational administration according to the specific situation. The staff who can't go to work for some reason shall report to the office, and the school will make overall planning and arrangement.

　　(3)学生返校时间根据国家及上海市政府、教委的安排另行通知。

　　(3)The time for students to return to school shall be notified according to the arrangement of the country, Shanghai municipal government and the Education Commission.
